Here are a few of the top winning hands:

Straight Flush – The straight flush is similar to the royal flush, in that the cards are sequential. (ex: 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, etc…) This hand is a high winning hand, ranking just under the royal flush.

If you are a beginner, stick with the standard pre-flop raise at the table to avoid risking loss.
3. Know When to Bluff
Poker is all about bluffing. You’re basically betting hard on a weak hand to throw off your opponents. But you have to know when to do it.
If the pot is big, your opponents are less likely to fold. Don’t bluff on a big pot. If the table is still full and you’re up against more than three players, it’s not a smart move to bluff.
Bluff when the table and the pot are smaller. If you’re sitting late in the game and the windows cards are working in your favor, bluffing could work here.
4. Work your Position
Where you are in position to the other players on the table could give you an advantage.
There are early and late positions in the game of Texas Holdem. Remain humble if you are in an early position, as you have little to no information about your opponent’s hand or strategy. Try working your way to a late position.
In a late position, you have a lot of information about your opponent. You move after they act. Strategize and work for a late position.
5. Know When to Fold
It’s important to know when to quit. Consider folding a way to make money in poker other how not to lose it.
